Duplicate this layer. Apply Filter -> Texture -> Texturizer. Select ‘Rust Flakes‘ texture (To load the texture click the small arrow to the right of the Texture pop-up menu and select Load Texture. This texture is located inside the Photoshop directory on your hard drive, wherever you happened to install Photoshop. Inside the folder, you’ll find a Presets folder. Inside the Presets folder, you’ll find a Textures folder. Double-click on it to open it, and you’ll see all of the textures that Photoshop installed for us. Click on the texture called ‘Rust Flakes’ to select it, then click on the Load button to load the texture.) and use these settings:

To further enhance the effect go to Filter -> Render -> Lighting Effects. Use following settings:

Duplicate ‘Background’ layer. Drag it to the top of the layer palette. Set the Blending Mode of this duplicate layer to Overlay.

Draw any shape you like and fill with dark yellow colour like #F1D204.

Add layer style with following options:

Drop Shadow

Create a new layer.
Set the foreground color to the same yellow as in Step 1 (#F1D204).
In the gradient palette set the fill to Foreground to Transparent.
Load selection of the shape in the first layer (Ctrl+click on the first layer).
On the new layer, click and drag from the bottom of the selection area, and holding down the SHIFT key to hold a straight line, drag to the middle of the shape.
Set the layer mode to Color Dodge and the opacity to 22%.

If you wish, you can use Burn Tool (Range: Midtones, Exposure: 20%) to darken around edges on the bottom layer.

Add a background of your choice.

Create a new document (File -> New).
Set your foreground color to #fbfff7 and background color to #9fa7a1.
Select the Gradient Tool (Linear Gradient) by hitting G on the keyboard (or Shift + G if the paint bucket is selected). Make sure your "gradient tool options" box is open (Window->Options or double click on the gradient tool).
Click on the Gradient to bring up the Gradient Editor. Select the gradient called Foreground to Background which should be in your presets list.
At the bottom of the editor lies an image of the gradient that acts as a preview of the changes you made to your gradient. Now click below the strip to create another Color Stop in the middle of the gradient and set the color to #e4dbc8.
Draw a gradient from the upper left corner towards the bottom right corner as demonstrated in the image bellow.

 

Apply Filter -> Distort -> Twirl; and use an Angle of about 100.

 

Open a stone texture image and drag it over to the scene canvas.
Move the texcture layer ontop of the current layer. Set the layer opacity to 8%.
